SMS Terms & Conditions for Riverwalk Ambulatory Surgery Center
 

When you sign up for text messages from Riverwalk Ambulatory Surgery Center, you are  agreeing to receive operational and care-related SMS messages related to your relationship with  the ASC through the SIS Complete platform provided by Surgical Information Systems (“SIS”). 

Messages may include: 
 

• appointment and procedure reminders  

• arrival instructions and pre-operative guidance  

• secure links to complete intake forms or questionnaires  

• post-procedure instructions and recovery surveys  

• care coordination or pickup notifications  

• workflow notifications and secure portal alerts  

• procedure-related estimate or billing notifications  
 

Messages may include secure links hosted on the siscomplete.cloud domain or secure third-party  billing or statement portals authorized by the ASC. 

Message frequency may vary based on your procedure, care needs, account activity, or workflow  participation. 
 

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send  STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been  unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in by replying  START.
