My Mom had a great experience today. Her check in nurse Mia was so understanding and answered all of her concerns. The anesthetist nurse and her operating room nurses were funny and calming. 

First and most notable was the front desk clerk Lauren. She was the best I’ve seen. I watched as she was not only patient with us, but with every patient who came in. She is very good and again, the best I’ve seen.

Every time I nervously called to resolve every last detail in my mind, everyone on the phone was super kind and enthusiastic with me. Then, at the actual surgery center, the front desk staff were super proficient and kind.

Such a well run clinic. Every interaction I had with staff was the best. Special thanks to Linda my postop nurse. She was great.

Amazing care! Caring and extremely competent nurses and staff especially Linda, Mia and Ashlie! Dr Sean Castellucci was incredible! Had far too many surgery visits in our lifetime, but this center gets our highest praise!

I had a procedure done at the Riverwalk Ambulatory Surgery Center this past week (6/10/24).

I was very pleased with the facility. The staff is very efficient and professional. It’s super clean with high great practices & safety protools. My procedure went perfectly

Wonderful Experience here today. My husband was having a Biopsy and they called to confirm and everyone was so sweet and friendly.
 

This team has been professional and supportive through every step of my procedure. Dr Miller and the entire team at Riverwalk listened to each of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Every person I interacted with showed kindness and compassion and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Highly recommended
